Cleaning & maintenance management is a flat $39-per-unit monthly add-on while enrolled — no markups or per-job fees. Any qualifying cleaning, maintenance, inspection, or restocking request enrolls the unit until the listing is completely offline and an Account Manager processes a downgrade. Long-term units start waived and enter the paid add-on only after more than one turnover in a rolling 12-month period plus qualifying activity. No setup fees, no hidden charges.

### Is there a minimum spend?
Yes. You pay 3.9% of gross bookings or rent in each monthly billing period, with a $19 minimum. The minimum applies only to that period and does not carry forward or count as a credit toward a future bill.

### Are there payment processing fees?
Only if you pay vendors through TIDY. ACH and wire transfers into your account are free; ACH debit is 1.7% and credit cards are 3.9%.

### When do I need to pay for jobs?
TIDY requires you to add credit to your account in advance to cover jobs. Unlike a traditional property manager, we don't collect your booking revenue into our own bank account — your money stays yours.
