The TIDY OpenClaw plugin adds property management capabilities to any OpenClaw-compatible agent. Schedule cleanings, report maintenance, manage turnovers, and coordinate pros.

Install

claw install tidy-property-management

Configure

Set your API token as an environment variable:

export TIDY_API_TOKEN=your-api-token

See the Authentication guide for how to obtain a token.

Capabilities

The plugin exposes these capabilities to your OpenClaw agent:

• message_tidy — Send natural language requests to TIDY
• Booking management — Schedule, list, and cancel cleanings
• Issue tracking — Report and track maintenance issues
• Guest reservations — Manage check-in/check-out schedules
• Address management — Set up properties with access notes

Usage Examples

Once installed, your agent can handle requests like:

• "Schedule a 2-hour cleaning next Tuesday at my office"
• "The kitchen faucet is leaking at 123 Main St, it's urgent"
• "What cleanings are scheduled across all my properties this week?"
