We're excited to announce a major update to our Workflows feature in TIDY. Workflows already allow you to automate almost any back-office task related to cleaning and maintenance. Now, they're even more powerful and flexible.

More Triggers
- Job Completion: Now you can set up a trigger for when a job is marked complete.
- Guest Reservations: New trigger for when a guest reservation is created.
- Time-based: Set triggers for every hour, day, week, or month at a specific time.
Filters on Triggers
- Refine your triggers with filters, allowing you to specify properties or service categories.
Expanded Actions
- Concierge Tasks: Our most powerful action lets you have our team do almost anything remotely.
- Email Notifications: Send an email to any address.
Noteworthy Points
- One trigger per workflow.
- Triggers may have a delay of up to 5 minutes or more.
Example Workflows
- Automate Turnovers: Book an inspection and based on the results, schedule maintenance and cleaning.
- Ensure Compliance: Make sure your pro has the appropriate insurance and completes necessary forms.
- Smart Alerts: Get alerts if a job is likely to clash with a guest check-in.
