After testing with customers, long-term rental management is now publicly available — applications, FCRA tenant screening, e-signed leases, rent collection, deposits, and a tenant portal. Short-term rentals are operationally heavy; anything over 30 days is legally heavy. TIDY now handles both, so you can pick the strategy that earns the most and switch when it makes sense.
