TIDY AI
TIDY uses AI throughout the product for your benefit. We collectively refer to these as TIDY AI, although each use of the AI has a unique, optimized model. TIDY AI is specifically used to:
- Improving Acceptance — Predict the acceptance rate for your job request given its unique characteristics (timing, account settings, location conditions) and suggest ways to improve it.
- Improving Pairings — Optimize pairings between you and potential pros.
- Improving Reliability — Predict last-minute cancellations, notify you of potential issues, and optimize standby placements to cover cancellations.
- Suggesting Maintenance — Based on the assets at your property, suggest maintenance schedules and best practices.
- Creating a Digital Twin — Generate floorplans, load objects (assets, appliances) and property characteristics to avoid manual data entry.
AI Agents
TIDY offers specialized AI agents, each handling a specific area of your operations. Available agents include:
- Schedule Agent — Automates job scheduling and booking
- Messages Agent — Handles message responses and routing
- Job Quality Agent — Monitors quality metrics and alerts
- Restocking Agent — Automates inventory restocking
- My Pros Agent — Manages pro-related automation
- Bills Agent — Handles invoice and billing automation
- Maintenance Agent — Automates maintenance task management
- Upsells Agent — Manages upsell offer automation
Configuring Agents
Each agent has its own configuration page where you can customize how it operates. The configuration page includes three main sections:
- Triggers — Events that activate the agent. You can enable or disable individual triggers and customize them with options like timezone, dates, and time ranges.
- Instructions — Custom rules and instructions (in plain text) that guide how the agent should respond to triggers. This is where you tell the agent what you want it to do.
- Blocked Actions — Actions the agent is not allowed to take. Use these to prevent unwanted automated behaviors.
Activity Log
Each agent keeps an activity log showing all actions it has taken. You can review this log to understand what the agent has been doing, verify that it's operating as expected, and troubleshoot any issues.
AI-Powered Setup Wizard
When you first enable an agent, an AI-powered setup wizard guides you through the configuration process. The wizard asks contextual questions about how you want the agent to operate, then generates recommended settings for triggers, instructions, and blocked actions. You can review and modify these suggestions before accepting them.
