The Dashboard is the main landing page that provides an at-a-glance view of key operational metrics and quick access to common actions across all your properties.

Dashboard Components
Summary Cards
The top of the dashboard displays key metrics:
- Active properties count
- Upcoming reservations
- Pending tasks/jobs
- Recent activity highlights
Quick Action Buttons
Common workflows you can initiate directly from the dashboard:
- Add new property
- Create task/job
- View schedule
- Access messages/concierge
- Navigate to inventory/restocking
Recent Activity Feed
Real-time updates showing:
- Recently completed jobs
- New reservations
- Pending maintenance requests
- System notifications
- Staff activity
Property Overview
A list or grid of your properties, color-coded for quick identification. Click any property to drill into its details.
Upcoming Items
- Next scheduled jobs
- Approaching maintenance due dates
- Upcoming check-ins/check-outs
Reports
The dashboard allows you to view various reports. Each report has a table of data, and some reports have a map.
Report types include:
- Future Jobs Report - Upcoming scheduled jobs and job requests across all properties
- Maintenance Report - All upcoming maintenance suggested by manufacturers and experts
- Active job requests by address
- Standbys in the area available for coverage
- Nearby jobs completed in your area
Overview Report
The overview report has the most dynamic map of all the reports. On the map, it will show:

- Your addresses
- The next job scheduled for each address
- The last completed job
- Next or last maintenance completed on each property
Using the Dashboard
- The dashboard auto-refreshes to show current data
- Click any metric card to drill into a detailed view
- Use quick actions for common workflows without navigating away
- Filter by property or date range to focus your view
