Can I have multiple accounts?

Each pro should have only one TIDY account. If you run multiple businesses or offer different service types, you can add all services to a single account. For team members or employees, use the Teams feature instead.

How do I pause or cancel my account?

You can pause your account anytime in the "Schedule" section of your app. Pausing stops new job requests but preserves your profile and client history. To fully cancel your account, contact support to ensure all jobs are completed and payments are settled.

How do I change my service area?

Can I change my rates after setting them?

Can I use TIDY just for my existing clients?

Absolutely! Many pros use TIDY solely to manage their existing client base with tools like online booking, scheduling, invoicing, and client communication—without ever opting into new job requests from the platform.

How do I cancel a job?

Open the job in your app and select the cancel option. Be aware of cancellation policies—last-minute cancellations may affect your reliability score or incur fees.

What if a client cancels on me?

If a client cancels within the protected window (typically 24-48 hours before the job), you may be eligible for a cancellation fee. TIDY's booking protection helps compensate for last-minute cancellations.

Can I reschedule a job?

Yes, you can request to reschedule through the app. Send a message to the client or contact them directly to agree on a new time, then update the job details in TIDY.

What if I have an issue during a job?

Why is my payment slower for a job?

TIDY reduces fraud by processing payments faster for jobs you confirm in the system. If you don't check in and complete jobs through the app, payments are sent slower. Most pros use the app to confirm jobs and receive payouts up to one week faster.

Why does it ask for bank or identity verification?

Due to banking regulations, TIDY's payment partners require "Know Your Customer" (KYC) verification, which includes validating your identity. This is a standard requirement for processing payments. You'll be prompted when additional information is needed.

How do I get paid faster?

Enable instant bank payouts for eligible transactions. Maintaining good scores, completing KYC verification, and confirming jobs through the app also speeds up payment processing.

What payment methods can I accept?

You can accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, and credit cards (requires payment processor setup). Credit card transactions are automatically tracked. See payment methods for details.

What is a dispute?
