TIDY for Pros provides powerful tools to help you manage your existing client relationships. Whether you have one client or a hundred, keeping everything organized in one place makes your business run more smoothly.
What Are Your Clients on TIDY?
Any client you add to TIDY is considered YOUR client—specifically, a "private client." This includes:
- Clients you already work with before using TIDY
- Clients who book directly through your TIDY website
- Any client you personally add to the platform
Will TIDY Try to Sell My Clients Anything?
No. When a client is marked as your private client, TIDY will not actively market to them or try to get them to switch to using TIDY for property management.
The only exception: If a client is already using TIDY as a property manager before you add them (meaning they found TIDY independently), we may continue normal communications with them as a TIDY user. But even in this case, we actively recommend that property managers work with their existing service providers—like you—rather than switching.
You should not worry about losing clients by adding them to TIDY. The platform is designed to help YOU manage your client relationships better, not to compete with you.

Do My Clients Need to Do Anything?
No. Adding a client to TIDY is purely for YOUR benefit as a tool to manage your business. Your clients don't need to:
- Download an app
- Create an account
- Change how they work with you
- Do anything differently
You can use TIDY to track and manage your work with them completely behind the scenes. They'll continue interacting with you the same way they always have.
Optional Client Features
If you want, you can give clients access to helpful features:
- Online booking: Let them schedule directly via your website
- Client portal: Give them a client link to view jobs and invoices
- Online payments: Allow them to pay invoices through the platform
But these are all optional. You choose what to offer.
Is There a Fee for Adding Clients?
No. Managing clients on TIDY is completely free. You can add as many clients as you want with no monthly fees or per-client charges.

You're never required to use paid features. The core client management tools are free forever.
