TIDY 5.5: Job Request Workflow Improvements & More Speed

We've overhauled our job request system, making it more accessible and flexible:

Improved Accessibility: Find "Job Request Workflows" (formerly "Pro Priorities") in the Automations section for easier access.
Flexible Pro Grouping: Create more nuanced job distribution flows, combining individual pros and groups.
Customizable Settings: Adjust cutoff times to fine-tune how long pros have to accept jobs before the request moves down the list.
Smarter Auto-Assign: Auto-assigned pros who cancel a job are now skipped, allowing the request to move to the next available pro smoothly.
Toggle Auto-Assign in UI: Previously the Concierge had to set this up for you.
