TIDY 6.12 ships checklist copying, Google Sign-In for concierge accounts, payment method entry via AI shared links, and a batch of bug fixes covering rescheduling, photo uploads, same-day pricing display, and Pro agent reliability.
New Features & Improvements
- Copy Checklists: You can now copy an entire checklist from the menu in one tap — including all items and structure — saving time when setting up similar properties or recurring job templates.
- Google Sign-In for Concierge: Concierge accounts can now authenticate using Google Sign-In, making it faster and easier to get started without managing a separate password.
- Add Payment Method via AI Shared Links: When a customer opens an AI shared link and isn't logged in, they can now enter a payment method directly inline. Logged-in users see the credit card form expanded in the chat for a seamless experience.
Bug Fixes
- Reschedule button on iOS: Fixed an issue where the reschedule button was unresponsive on iOS native, preventing customers from changing job times.
- Photo upload on native apps: Resolved a bug where photo uploads were silently failing on iOS and Android native builds.
- Same-day cost indicator & OTC pricing: Fixed the same-day cleaning cost indicator to correctly reflect the price as charge timing options are changed. Also corrected the one-time cleaning price shown to users without a saved payment method in the booking view.
- "About This Page" banners reappearing: Fixed a bug where onboarding banners that had been dismissed would reappear after every logout/login cycle.
- Pro Search & Reminder agents timing out: Increased the task timeout for Pro Search and Reminder agents, which were being cut off at 5 minutes before completing their work. These agents now have sufficient time to finish, reducing failed tasks.
