TIDY 6.19: Guest Reservations, Turno Integration, AI Feedback & Fixes

TIDY 6.19 adds guest reservation management, Turno pro search integration, AI message feedback, and resolves a broad set of reliability and UX issues across the customer app, pro app, and SMS communications.

New Features & Improvements

  • Guest Reservations: You can now create TIDY-native guest reservations directly in the app and link specific guests to them — useful for managing short-term rental guests without relying solely on a PMS import.
  • Turno Pro Search Integration: When searching for pros, you can now include Turno marketplace reviews as part of the evaluation. Pros can also upload their Turno profile to support this.
  • AI & Concierge Message Feedback: You can now send feedback on messages from AI agents and concierge staff directly from the expandable chat — helping improve the quality of AI responses over time.
  • PriceLabs → VRBO & Booking.com Pricing Sync: Dynamic target prices from PriceLabs (set via Airbnb) now sync to your VRBO and Booking.com listings automatically, keeping your pricing consistent across channels.
  • Account Manager Visibility: Your assigned TIDY account manager is now surfaced in the customer app, so you always know who your point of contact is.
  • Identity Verification Improvements: Pros whose biometric check-in enters an "In Review" state are now auto-approved after a confidence threshold is met, preventing verified pros from being trapped on the identification screen indefinitely. Pros can also see their reference photo before completing biometric auth.
  • Agentic Notifications: The platform now routes certain system notifications through an AI enrichment layer, adding relevant context (property, job, history) before delivery so alerts are more actionable.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where cancelled Airbnb reservations were staying active on TIDY instead of being deactivated when the PMS reported them as cancelled.
  • Fixed a bug where adding a payment method via shared link always failed with a 500 error.
  • Fixed an issue where deleting a payment method was blocked by an orphaned scheduled booking on a deactivated plan that was no longer visible to the customer.
  • Fixed a bug where customer SMS messages from pros were silently dropped after the chat room membership was incorrectly removed — customers reported receiving no texts from pros.
  • Fixed a separate issue where a new per-team proxy chat room was created with phone communication turned off, causing pro SMS messages to appear sent in-app but never delivered.
  • Fixed the Pro "On My Way" / "I've Arrived" tap silently failing when device GPS encountered an error, which was causing pros to be auto-no-showed and fined for jobs they were physically present at.
  • Fixed an issue where pros physically at a job were auto-no-showed because the Didit identity gate was blocking check-in confirmation.
  • Fixed the pro app silently auto-closing an in-progress cleaning mid-job when the backend flipped the card state, with no warning or toast shown to the pro.
  • Fixed the Notification Center feed freezing at a stale date for some customers, showing no new notifications.
  • Fixed "Get Help" on a Billing History item doing nothing on desktop — the panel would close and drop the user back to the More page with nothing prefilled.
  • Fixed the pay-invoice button being silently disabled when using ACH-debit credit to cover the full owed amount.
  • Fixed the Download (CSV) button on the Maintenance tab doing nothing — no file downloaded and no error shown.
  • Fixed the time picker dropdown opening scrolled to midnight instead of highlighting the currently selected time.
  • Fixed the Chat showing a stale "Dispute" banner when no dispute was open, showing "No pending dispute found" on click.
  • Fixed the Request Substitute confirmation screen showing only the first 3 backup times even when more were selected.
  • Fixed Auto-Schedule settings displaying "1 integration added" when the property had multiple integrations connected.
  • Fixed Direct Booking Sites becoming inaccessible after a navigation restructure — the Marketing tab was no longer listing the option.
  • Fixed Default Backup Times, Account Type, and Account Notifications disappearing from the More menu for residential accounts.
  • Fixed Pro Settings bulk-edit silently renaming all pro-services across every property when "Update Selected" was clicked with no rows selected.
  • Fixed deleting a property silently removing its single-property to-do list from the customer app.
  • Fixed the "Add Listing" button doing nothing for accounts with no existing properties.
  • Fixed verified pros incorrectly showing as "requires_input" because a newer duplicate identity check was shadowing the approved verification.
  • Fixed the Assign/Change Pro option missing from the job page when localStorage had a stale value for private pro status.
  • Fixed customers being unable to schedule cleanings after a client cancellation job left the booking state in an unresolvable condition.
  • Fixed the Pro Search Agent category dropdown resetting to "Regular Cleaning" every time a different property was selected.
  • Fixed the "Quote Sent" banner on the pro app's Add Job screen showing another pro's quote.
  • Fixed pro payouts getting stuck "In Transit" forever when all payout attempts failed and the payments service never marked the transfer as failed.
  • Fixed the unmerge icon not being visible in dark mode on the Pro Search Initiated agent panel.
  • Fixed draft workflows being impossible to delete because the "Account Manager" button overlay was covering the delete control.
  • Fixed pros receiving a "the customer canceled their job" notification when the system (not the customer) was the one who unassigned them.
  • Fixed the "Quote Sent" banner showing another pro's quote on the pro app Add Job screen.
  • Fixed adding a pro to the Agents list requiring a full page refresh before the new pro appeared.
