Listing Optimization

Listing Optimization gives you AI-powered recommendations to improve your rental listings so they attract more guests and book more nights. TIDY analyzes your listing and generates a report of suggested improvements you can review, share, and act on—all from within the app.

Optimization History

On a listing’s details page, the Optimization History section shows all of your past optimization runs. Each run appears as a clickable card in a list, so you can quickly scan your history and pick up where you left off. Each card shows:

• A status badge indicating where the run stands
• The number of suggestions found in that run
• A color-coded vertical bar that makes each run’s status easy to spot at a glance

Click any card to open its full report. (Reports now open in a dedicated view rather than expanding inline within the list.)

Generating a New Report

For Airbnb listings, you’ll see a "+ Report" button in the Optimization History section. Tap it to generate a new optimization report for that listing.

Viewing an Optimization Report

Opening a run brings you to a full-page report view with the complete set of suggestions for that listing. From here you can review each recommendation in detail and use TIDY’s tools to act on the ones you want—including "Have TIDY do this" actions where available.

Back Navigation

The back button is context-aware:

• If you opened a report from a listing’s Optimization History, the back button returns you to that listing’s details.
• If you arrived via a deep link (for example, from a shared link or the Optimizer page), the back button exits the report view.

Sharing a Report

You can share an optimization report with teammates, owners, or anyone else who needs to see the recommendations. Use the share control to generate a shareable link:

• Desktop: Use the share icon in the report header.
• Mobile: Use the share icon in the top navigation bar.

Recipients who open the link can view the report’s suggestions, making it easy to align with your team before applying changes.

Listing Information

The listing details card shows key information about your property at a glance, including the address name and city/state. Platform logos now appear next to each platform name so you can immediately tell which channel a listing belongs to (for example, Airbnb).

Go Live Date

During onboarding, your TIDY Concierge sets a target Go Live Date—the date your listing is planned to be ready and live. This date now appears directly in your onboarding status pill, for example:

"Go Live Date: Aug 15, 2026"

This gives you a clear, at-a-glance reminder of your target timeline while you complete onboarding steps. The Go Live Date is set by your Concierge team—reach out to them in the "Concierge" tab if you have questions about your timeline.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does my report say it has expired?

Reports preferentially load their live results so that all interactive actions (like "Have TIDY do this") stay available. If those live results are no longer available, TIDY falls back to the saved version of the report. In some cases you may see a message such as "This report has expired. Please run the analysis again."—when that happens, simply generate a new report using the "+ Report" button.

Where did the expandable reports go?

Optimization reports now open in a dedicated full-page view instead of expanding and collapsing within the history list. This gives each report more room and a cleaner reading experience. Your history and all past runs remain available as cards in the Optimization History section.
