Managing Listings
The Listings view shows every place each property is marketed — the channel, the listing ID, and its status — so you always know where a unit is live. To see the full universe of channels available for short-, mid-, and long-term rentals, see Listing Channels.

The Listings Table
Each row is one listing of one property on one channel, with its:
- Platform — Airbnb, Vrbo, PadSplit, Furnished Finder, and the other channels your strategy uses.
- Listing ID — the channel’s own identifier for the listing.
- Status — Active, Listed, Paused, or Connecting as a listing is set up and synced.
Adding a Listing
Use Add Listing to put a property on a new channel. Short-, mid-, and long-term sites are grouped together, so you can choose the right channel for the strategy the property is running. Long- and mid-term sites (like Zillow, Apartments.com, and Furnished Finder) list from TIDY’s business account. For Airbnb and similar short-term sites, you typically add TIDY as a co-host so we can sync the listing and reservations — see Integrations.
By-the-Room Listings
When a unit is split into rooms, each room can be listed individually — a room row shows up in the table (for example, “Palmetto House · Room D” on PadSplit), and Add Listing bumps by-the-room and mid-term sites to the top for split properties. From a vacant room you can list it and watch its per-platform status.
Listing and pricing work together. Where a property is listed is set here; how it’s priced and which nights are offered for which strategy is handled by the Optimizer. TIDY keeps each listing optimized and tracks how it ranks so it stays visible to guests and renters.
