Yes, really it is, with the exception of credit card processing, which costs money. We have plans for additional premium features in the future, but our software is powerful and will continue to be mostly free.
While this will depend on who you talk with, the ability to swipe a credit card in person is something Housecall Pro has that TIDY does not. With TIDY, you need to enter the card number for in person payments.
We can bring you clients, at no additional fee, straight on your schedule. Basically, it's "free clients", because we have many clients who pay us to help automate their cleaning and maintenance, and sometimes they need help!
