Yes, really it is, with the exception of credit card processing, which costs money. We have plans for additional premium features in the future, but our software is powerful and will continue to be mostly free.
While this will depend on who you talk with. Jobber has Service Authorization Forms, if that is something you need to collect from your customers, then TIDY does not help with that right now.
We can bring you clients, at no additional fee, straight on your schedule. Basically, it's "free clients", because we have many clients who pay us to help automate their cleaning and maintenance, and sometimes they need help!
