Schedule

The Schedule section is your calendar-based view for managing time-sensitive operations across properties. It displays both Reservations (guest bookings) and Jobs (work to be performed).

What Appears on the Schedule

Reservations

• Guest check-ins and check-outs with times
• Reservation dates and duration
• Guest names and contact info
• Property/unit assignments
• Booking source (Airbnb, VRBO, direct, etc.)
• Color-coded by property for quick identification

Jobs

• Scheduled cleaning jobs (turnover, midstay, deep clean)
• Maintenance appointments
• Inspection tasks
• Recurring scheduled work
• Job status indicators (pending, in-progress, completed)

Schedule View Types

Calendar View

• Day view: Hour-by-hour breakdown
• Week view: 7-day overview
• Month view: Monthly planning perspective
• Shows reservations and jobs on timeline

List View

• Chronological list of upcoming reservations and jobs
• Sortable by date, property, or job type
• Filterable by status

Property-Specific Schedule

• Filter by individual property or property group
• See only reservations and jobs for selected properties
• Useful for cleaners assigned to specific areas

Job Type Schedule

• Filter by job category (cleaning, maintenance, inspection)
• Focus on specific operational areas
• Plan resource allocation by job type

Filtering & Navigation

• Date Range Selector: Jump to specific dates or date ranges
• Property Filter: Show/hide specific properties
• Job Type Filter: Display only cleaning, maintenance, or inspection jobs
• Status Filter: View only pending, in-progress, or completed items
• Search: Find specific reservations or jobs by guest name, property, or job ID

Actions from Schedule

• Click reservation to view guest details
• Click job to view/edit job details, assign staff, mark complete
• Create new job directly from calendar (click date/time slot)
• Reschedule jobs by canceling and recreating them (drag-and-drop is intentionally not supported to prevent accidental changes that could affect pro notifications and availability)
• Export schedule to external calendar (iCal, Google Calendar)

Integration Points

• Reservations automatically sync from PMS/channel integrations
• Jobs auto-generate based on reservation checkout times
• Maintenance jobs appear when scheduled from Maintenance section
• Recurring tasks populate automatically based on settings
