Subscriptions & Payments

Your TIDY subscription controls which features you have access to and how you're billed for using the platform. Choose the plan that fits your needs — whether you prefer pay-as-you-go pricing or a flat monthly rate.

Subscription Plans

TIDY offers several subscription tiers to match different needs and usage patterns. For detailed information about available plans and pricing, visit tidy.com/pricing or talk to an account manager.

Your Subscription Page

To view or manage your subscription, go to the Subscription page from Settings. Here you can see:

  • Current plan — Which plan you're on and a description of what it includes
  • Billing period — Your current billing cycle start and end dates
  • Billable properties — How many properties are being billed (total minus any free allowance)
  • Pending changes — If you've scheduled a plan change, it will show what's coming next cycle
  • Invoice history — A list of past subscription invoices

Account Status Alerts

If there's an issue with your subscription payment, you'll see an alert at the top of the page:

  • Payment failed — Your subscription payment didn't go through. Update your payment method to resolve this.
  • Account suspended — Your plan was canceled due to a failed payment. Select a new plan and payment method to reactivate your account.

Changing Your Plan

To switch to a different subscription plan:

  1. Go to your Subscription page
  2. Tap "Change Plan"
  3. You'll see the available plans side by side with feature comparisons
  4. Select the plan you want (for Standard, choose Monthly or Yearly billing)
  5. Choose your payment method or add a new one
  6. Confirm the change

If your account has a negative balance, you'll need to pay it off as part of the plan change. You can use an existing card or add a new one.

Payment Methods

You can manage your payment methods from the Settings page. TIDY supports credit/debit cards and bank accounts. From the payment methods page you can:

  • Add a card or bank account — Securely add payment methods via Stripe
  • Load credit — Add funds to your TIDY account balance
  • Set a default payment method — Choose which card or account is used automatically
  • Use a gift card — Apply a gift card code to your account
  • View your prices — See pricing by service type
