Fridays at our Big Bear cabins used to suck. still do a little when i want but not like before. TIDY handles the operations side now so I can actually leave my phone alone for an hour

Honestly I was skeptical bc every ops tool promises the world. Been on TIDY about 9 months with our SFR book. The ops coordination saved her from quitting. She still complains about vendors but that's not TIDYs fault lol

Viktoria is an excellent on time super-clean and efficient in her work. I give her A+

I manage about 60 single family rentals and maintenance was always the thing that slipped. Put TIDY on it in January. Response times are way better and owners stop calling me every Tuesday about a leaky faucet that already got fixed. Worth it.

House smells clean and she did a great job getting to all of the areas I asked for. Will request her again.

tiny team here in Sedona. 14 homes. i was answering guest texts at breakfast every day and it was making me insane. less of that now. support fixed a weird sensor thing same day too

She accepted a last minute booking when so many cleaners cancelled at the last minute. I highly appreciate that. She took a little extra time with my place too!

ok so we were paying a regular property manager almost 25 percent?? and somehow still doing half the work. moved everything to TIDY, kept our cleaners. my partner looked at the numbers last week and actually said wait this is better. never heard that before from him

Look I'm not a tech person. My assistant set most of it up. But I use the phone app every day and it does what I need. Cleaners show up. Jobs get marked done. Owners get updates. Fine by me.

third platform we've tried. first one was slow, second one cost a fortune and we still needed someone full time just babysitting it. TIDY is... better than alternative actually. reports could export nicer but day to day it works and thats what i care about

Kristina was very professional! She was on time and cleaned over half the house when her counter part was late and left early. I appreciate her being so communicative and being able to do as much of the cleaning as she could during her 4 hours in a very big house and as our first time using this service!

didnt think wed use this on multifamily (200 doors) but the regional folks put it on unit turns + vendors and now they wont shut up about how much less email there is. pilot worked i guess

Ebony was punctual, professional, and very thorough. She took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted done and executed everything perfectly. She paid close attention to detail and went over areas more than once to make sure they were truly clean. She’s also very kind and pleasant to work with. Danielle did a wonderful job in a tricky apartment. We have unusual corners and the entire place is made of hardwood, she made it feel like we just moved in. She is also a lovely person. Would recommend to anyone!

Such an amazing clean. I couldn't be more happier with having his help! I am so grateful. I really needed some help after moving and unpacking, i have been totally burned out with no energy to clean. I was hesitant on spending the extra money but I am so grateful I did and feel like he was so meticulous and thoughtful it gave me the reset I needed and made me feel like I got my energy back to start keeping up in things a little more again. I really appreciate all the care that he put into his work it really shows and makes me feel calm, happy and refreshed!

Patrick showed up and was friendly and ready to work. We left him to it and upon our return were hit with a fresh smell of a clean apartment! It was a wonderful treat for my wife on Mothers day. The floors and carpets were scrubbed and vacuumed free of all the Corgi hair we are plagued with! He even went to town on our 1920's vintage stove! All in all we are very happy with Patrick's work.
