eSignature

eSignature lets you send documents — leases, addenda, renewals, notices, move-in checklists — for signature and manage reusable templates, without leaving TIDY. Signing status stays in view so you always know what’s outstanding.

Sent Documents

The Sent Documents tab lists everything out for signature, with its:

  • Recipient — who needs to sign.
  • Template — the document used (a Standard Lease, Pet Addendum, Lease Renewal, Notice to Vacate, or Move-In / Out Checklist).
  • Status — In progress, Signed, Declined, or Not sent.

From a document you can copy the signer’s link or download the completed file. Use Send for Signature to start a new one.

Templates

The Templates tab is where you add, edit, and remove reusable documents, so a lease or notice is one click to send rather than something you rebuild each time. eSignature is powered by Firma.

eSignature is how a lease gets signed at the end of the Leasing pipeline — approve an applicant, send the lease, and track the signature right through to an occupied unit.
