Contacts is the directory of everyone connected to your properties — your pros, your guests and tenants, the screenings on file, and your vendors — organized into tabs so you can find the right person and everything tied to them.

One Directory, Four Views

• Pros — the people and companies who do work at your properties, with the properties they serve and their last and next jobs. Add a pro, or find a new one with Find New Pro.
• Guests / Tenants — the people staying in or leasing your units, including tenants who came in through a room lease. Open one to see their contact details and stay history, their Tenant Portal link with copy and send actions, their Screening report if one has been run, and their Lease — property, room, rent, status, and balance — linking straight to the ledger. For by-the-room tenants, the room name is shown alongside the property so it’s clear which space they occupy.
• Screenings — every background check on file; the same report is reachable from the person’s record. See Tenant Screening for how these work.
