Direct Integration with Beds24 now available

This has been an exciting quarter for new partnerships! Now, direct integration with Beds24 is available for the customers of both platforms who wish to save time and make their processes more efficient.

It's simple to integrate, but due to some limitations in Beds24's API, this direct integration does not offer as many functionalities as other ones. When inputting your API on TIDY, all listings will be pulled as addresses, but not reservations.

You can choose between moving forward with it, and not syncing reservations, only listings; or you can use the integration via iCal. We explain both below. And there's also a video of the whole process.

For direct integration with Beds24

1. Log into both accounts, if you haven't already done so
2. Copy your Beds24 API key from your account, under your settings
3. On your TIDY home page, look for and click on "Integrations" in the left menu bar
4. Click "Add Integration"
5. A new screen will pop up, search for “Beds24” in the search box
6. Paste your information in the indicated fields
7. Now TIDY will pull all of your Beds24 listings as addresses into your TIDY account.
   
   

For iCal integration with Beds24

1. Log into both accounts, if you haven't already done so
2. Copy your iCal link from your Beds24 settings page, under the selected property
3. On your TIDY home page, look for and click on "Integrations", in the left menu bar
4. Click "Add Integration"
5. Search for "Beds24" in the search box
6. Paste your iCal link on the indicated field
7. Complete the form with your property's address
8. Select "Automatic Booking" and configure it according to your specific needs, such as check-in/check-out time and types of cleaning
9. This will pull not only the listings as addresses into TIDY, but also anytime there's a reservation on them, TIDY will know.
10. With Automatic Booking enabled, you will be able to book turnover jobs automatically whenever there's a new reservation on your Beds24 account.

*Please note that you must repeat this process for each listing on your Beds24 account, as each one has its own unique iCal link.
