Product Update: Bill/Invoice Notes

At TIDY, we aim to streamline your cleaning & maintenance operations. Our constant effort is to bring you features that can give you more control and customization over your work. In that spirit, we are thrilled to introduce our new feature: Bill Notes.

What are Bill Notes?

Bill notes are your additional comments or instructions that you can add to an invoice. This feature can prove to be a game-changer when you want to convey important information to your Pros. Here are a few examples of how Bill Notes can be utilized:

1. Detail the specific elements about the items or services being charged.
2. Notify the Pro of any special payment terms or conditions that you might have.
3. Include additional contact information or references.

This feature is versatile and user-friendly, keeping you and your Pros on the same page.

How does it work?

You can decide if you want these notes to be seen only by you and your team, or you want to share them with your Pros. For the latter, select "Public note", and for the former, select "Internal note". We have kept the process simple and straight to the point, ensuring seamless communication at all times.

And, to make it even better, you can upload and send picture files within these notes. A picture says a thousand words, and now, it can convey vital instructions as well.

How to Add Bill Notes?

Adding Bill Notes is easy:

1. Select the invoice you want to add notes to within your TIDY Dashboard.
2. Choose whether you want to add a "Public note" or an "Internal note".
3. Write your note or upload the image file.
4. Save the changes.

Our goal is to ensure your work is as smooth and effortless as possible. Bill Notes is another step in that direction, making the payment process more streamlined and customized.
