Product Update: Default To-Do Lists

We at TIDY are constantly striving to make the management of your cleaning and maintenance jobs as smooth and efficient as possible. Now we are introducing a feature that will save you even more time and effort: Default Lists.

The Default Lists feature allows you to create and set up to-do lists specifically tailored for each type of service. Whether it's a list for a 1-hour cleaning job or a dedicated list for inspections, you can now have a default list ready for each job type performed by your Pros. This feature is available for lists without any associated rooms.

How to Set a Default List?

  1. Navigate to the "To-dos" settings page within your TIDY Dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to find the "Advanced Default Settings" page.
  3. Click on "Add" to set up a new service default list. Alternatively, you can select any existing default list below to edit it. You can also edit the default list for the selected address here.
  4. Select the job type and the desired list for that job.
  5. Click on "Save".

That's it! All your future schedules of that job type will now have the selected list added by default, ensuring consistency in your cleaning and maintenance jobs.
