Using TIDY to manage your cleaning schedule and service pros is straightforward and effective. You already know that. Our powerful software allows you to have time to focus on growing your business and increasing your revenue.
Now, it is getting even better.
We have allowed payment through TIDY for quite some time, but you had to either pay service pros manually, one by one or use AutoPay to automatically pay all open invoices. Now there's a third option available to give you more control: set limits for AutoPay.
It's quite simple to set limits for AutoPay: what it does is let you determine which dollar amounts can be paid automatically and which ones need to be reviewed by you, for each one of your pros.
So invoices below the amount you stipulate for that specific pro will be paid without you having to worry about a thing. If it's even one dollar above that, the system will ask for your review.
So let's say you determine your threshold at $150 per invoice. Once that's set within your TIDY account, every time the Pro generates an invoice for a cleaning that's under the $150 limit, it'll fall under AutoPay. If it's $160, you will need to make the payment manually.
You have the freedom to set up different limits for different Pros, set the same one for all of them, or even continue to approve each invoice manually, that's the point: to empower you to decide what's best for your business.
If you decide to go with setting limits for AutoPay, here's how to do it:
1. Go to the "My Pros" section within your TIDY Dashboard
2. Select the Pro you want to set limits for
3. Select the dollar amount limit under "Autopay Invoices"
4. Ensure "Autopay Invoices" is enabled
