Rebate Program
Our rebate program is to incentivize customers to maximize their long-term value. Paying more than the suggested amount can deliver the best customer experience for people.
How it works:
First, you notify us that you want to take advantage of the rebate program. Then, for every dollar over the suggested amount, we will rebate back the same amount up to 10% of the total amount. Rebates are sent quarterly, specifically by these dates for each quarter.
- By April 10 for Q1
- By July 10 for Q2
- By Oct 10 for Q3
- By Jan 10 for Q4
Examples:
Example 1: If the suggested price of a job is a certain amount and you set your price 5% above it, we rebate you the full overage at the end of the quarter by check or credit, which can be used on any account.
Example 2: If you set your price 20% above the suggested amount, the rebate is capped at 10% of the suggested price. Any overage beyond 10% is not rebated.
