How You Pay TIDY
When you pay your TIDY bill, ACH or wire has no processing fee. Credit card or bank-pull (ACH debit of the bill) has a 1.7% processing fee. See How You Pay TIDY on TIDY Pricing. These rates are for paying TIDY, not for paying vendors through TIDY.
Gift Cards
TIDY gift cards can be applied to your account to cover the cost of future jobs. To redeem a gift card, enter the code in your billing settings. The credit will be applied automatically to upcoming invoices.
Gift cards have an expiration date shown on the card details page. If your gift card shows as “expired,” check the expiration date — it may have passed. If the card has never been used, contact TIDY support and we can extend the expiration date for you.
