tiny team here in Sedona. 14 homes. i was answering guest texts at breakfast every day and it was making me insane. less of that now. support fixed a weird sensor thing same day too

ok so we were paying a regular property manager almost 25 percent?? and somehow still doing half the work. moved everything to TIDY, kept our cleaners. my partner looked at the numbers last week and actually said wait this is better. never heard that before from him

setup was like one afternoon?? usually takes forever. now i check three markets without texting a whole group chat. staying put

Look I'm not a tech person. My assistant set most of it up. But I use the phone app every day and it does what I need. Cleaners show up. Jobs get marked done. Owners get updates. Fine by me.

July is still busy, that doesnt go away. Difference is Im not waking up to a pile of texts about unit 12 every morning. Used to live in my inbox during peak. TIDY helped with that a ton.

third platform we've tried. first one was slow, second one cost a fortune and we still needed someone full time just babysitting it. TIDY is... better than alternative actually. reports could export nicer but day to day it works and thats what i care about

didnt think wed use this on multifamily (200 doors) but the regional folks put it on unit turns + vendors and now they wont shut up about how much less email there is. pilot worked i guess

told two other managers in our association to try TIDY. both were drowning in the same scheduling nonsense we used to have. one already switched. works.

Patsy did a great job! It was a very thorough job and I appreciate it the fact that he did every room requested, the kitchen the living room the office, one bathroom downstairs and one bathroom upstairs. No complaints he was very nice and cool and professional.

Danielle did a wonderful job in a tricky apartment. We have unusual corners and the entire place is made of hardwood, she made it feel like we just moved in. She is also a lovely person. Would recommend to anyone!

Such an amazing clean. I couldn't be more happier with having his help! I am so grateful. I really needed some help after moving and unpacking, i have been totally burned out with no energy to clean. I was hesitant on spending the extra money but I am so grateful I did and feel like he was so meticulous and thoughtful it gave me the reset I needed and made me feel like I got my energy back to start keeping up in things a little more again. I really appreciate all the care that he put into his work it really shows and makes me feel calm, happy and refreshed!

Patrick showed up and was friendly and ready to work. We left him to it and upon our return were hit with a fresh smell of a clean apartment! It was a wonderful treat for my wife on Mothers day. The floors and carpets were scrubbed and vacuumed free of all the Corgi hair we are plagued with! He even went to town on our 1920's vintage stove! All in all we are very happy with Patrick's work.
