🛏️ Beds24 + TIDY: Integration Options

You can connect Beds24 to TIDY in two ways:

1. Direct API Integration — syncs property listings only (no reservation data).
2. iCal Integration — syncs both listings and reservation data, enabling Automatic Booking.

Due to some limitations in the Beds24 API, the iCal method is the best choice if you want to automatically schedule turnover cleanings based on reservations. Below, we explain both methods.

🔌 Option 1: Direct API Integration (Listings Only)

This method pulls your Beds24 properties into TIDY but does not sync reservations.

To connect:

1. Log into both your Beds24 and TIDY accounts.
2. In Beds24, go to Settings and copy your API key.
3. In TIDY, click More > Integrations from the left menu.
4. Click Add Integration.
5. Search for Beds24 and select it.
6. Paste your API key into the required field.
7. Click Add.

Result: All Beds24 listings will appear in your TIDY account as properties. You can still manually create jobs for them, but reservations will not be imported.

📅 Option 2: iCal Integration (Listings + Reservations)

This method imports your Beds24 listings and keeps reservation data in sync, so you can enable Automatic Booking for cleanings.

To connect:

1. Log into both your Beds24 and TIDY accounts.
2. In Beds24, go to Settings for the property you want to connect and copy its iCal link.
3. In TIDY, click More > Integrations from the left menu.
4. Click Add Integration.
5. Search for Beds24 and select it.
6. Paste your iCal link into the required field.
7. Fill in your property’s address in the form.
8. Enable Automatic Booking and configure it with your preferred check-in/check-out times and cleaning types.
9. Repeat this process for each Beds24 property you want to connect (each has its own iCal link).

Result: TIDY will:

• Pull your Beds24 listings into your account.
• Automatically detect new or updated reservations.
• Schedule turnover cleanings according to your Automatic Booking rules.

💡 Which Option Should You Choose?

• Use Direct API if you only need your properties synced and prefer to manually handle job creation.
• Use iCal Integration if you want full automation with reservation-based scheduling.

For most users, iCal is the recommended method to get the most value from the integration.
