🔧 How to Connect TIDY with OwnerRez

  1. In your TIDY account, go to More > Integrations.
  2. Search for and select OwnerRez.
  3. Under Integration Type, choose Direct.
  4. Scroll down and click Add Integration.
  5. You'll be redirected to the OwnerRez login page.
  6. Log in and click Yes to authorize TIDY.
  7. Done — your properties and reservations will begin syncing automatically.

🕒 Typical sync time: About 15 minutes.

⚙️ How the Integration Works

Once connected, automation kicks in:

  1. Listing Sync – All OwnerRez listings are imported into TIDY as properties.
  2. Reservation Sync – New and updated reservations from OwnerRez appear in your TIDY "Reservations" tab.
  3. Automatic Booking – Based on your check-in/out preferences, TIDY schedules cleaning jobs automatically.
  4. Job Assignment – Cleaners in your "My Pros" list receive job offers in your chosen order.
  5. Cleaner Experience – Assigned Pros get full job details, your instructions, To-Do Lists (if any), and can communicate with you directly through TIDY.
