🔧 How to Connect TIDY with Lodgify

  1. Log into both your Lodgify and TIDY accounts.
  2. In Lodgify, go to Apps > API Keys.
  3. Click Generate API Key.
  4. Enable both key permissions in the bottom left: Read Calendar and Write Calendar.
  5. In TIDY, click More > Integrations from the left menu.
  6. Click Add Integration.
  7. Search for Lodgify and select it.
  8. Paste your API key and any required information into the fields.
  9. Click Add to complete the connection.

⚙️ How the Integration Works

Once connected, TIDY and Lodgify work together automatically:

  1. Property Sync – All Lodgify listings are imported into TIDY as properties.
  2. Reservation Sync – New and updated reservations from Lodgify appear in your TIDY "Reservations" tab.
  3. Automatic Booking – Based on your settings, TIDY schedules turnover cleanings between each check-out and next check-in.
  4. Cleaner Assignment – Your "My Pros" list determines who gets job offers first, in the order you set.
  5. Cleaner Experience – Pros receive job details, your instructions, the To-Do List (if provided), and can communicate with you through TIDY.
  6. Notifications – You'll be updated based on your notification preferences, so you're always informed without being overwhelmed.
