Integrating Entrata with TIDY allows you to sync property and reservation data directly into your cleaning and maintenance workflows — reducing manual effort and ensuring every unit is ready on time.

Because Entrata API access is granted at the account level, you’ll first need to request permission from your Entrata Account Manager before setting up the integration in TIDY.

🔑 Step 2: Get Your API Key

Once Entrata approves your request, your Account Manager will provide you with an API key.

⚙️ Step 3: Connect Entrata to TIDY

Log into your TIDY account.
Navigate to More > Integrations from the left menu.
Search for Entrata and select it.
Choose the Direct integration option.
Enter the API key provided by Entrata.
Follow the prompts to complete the setup.

With the integration active, you’ll be able to:

Sync properties and reservations from Entrata into TIDY.
Automatically create cleaning and maintenance jobs based on move-ins, move-outs, and other events.
