🔗 How to connect TIDY to Smoobu
- In your TIDY account, go to More > Integrations.
- Search for and select Smoobu from the list.
- Under Integration Type, choose Direct.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Add Integration.
- You'll be redirected to the Smoobu login page.
- Log in and authorize TIDY to connect your account.
- ✅ That's it! Syncing will begin automatically.
- 🕒 It may take up to 15 minutes to sync all reservations.
Once connected:
- All your Smoobu listings will be pulled into TIDY and added as properties.
- For each property, you can enable Automatic Booking to schedule cleaning tasks based on check-in/check-out times and your preferred cleaning type.
⚙️ How the integration works
Once the integration is active, here's what happens automatically:
- Listings Sync: All listings from Smoobu are imported as addresses in your TIDY account.
- Reservation Sync: New and updated reservations in Smoobu appear in your Reservations tab in TIDY.
- Auto Booking: TIDY uses your Automatic Booking rules to schedule cleanings between each check-out and check-in.
- Job Assignment: Cleaners listed under My Pros receive job offers in the order you set.
- Cleaner Experience: Once assigned, the Pro receives job details, your instructions, the To-Do List (if available), and can communicate with you through the app.
