🔗 How to connect TIDY to Escapia

1. Log into your Escapia account and copy the iCal link for the property you want to sync.
2. In your TIDY account, go to More > Integrations.
3. Search for iCal and choose Escapia from the dropdown.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and paste your iCal link into the required field.
5. Set your property details and Automatic Booking preferences.
6. Click Add Integration to complete the setup.

🕒 Your reservations will now sync automatically, and cleanings will be scheduled based on your booking rules.

Once connected:

• TIDY will read your Escapia iCal feed and match reservations to your properties in TIDY.
• You can define exactly when cleanings should be scheduled using Automatic Booking rules — like after every check-out.
• Your Pros will be notified and assigned jobs in the order you define in the My Pros section.
• Once assigned, they’ll receive job instructions, your To-Do List (if any), and communicate with you directly in the app.

📌 How to get an iCal link

If you're using a calendar platform like Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCloud, you can also generate an iCal link for integration:

1. Go to Google Calendar > Settings
2. Select your calendar in the left sidebar
3. Scroll to Integrate Calendar
4. Copy the Secret address in iCal format (ends in .ics)
5. Paste it in TIDY’s iCal field during setup

You can follow a similar process in Outlook or iCloud — just look for the iCalendar export or sharing option.
