🌟 Evolve + TIDY: Concierge Integration for Seamless Turnovers

Evolve does not currently offer a public API, so our integration works through a Concierge Connection. This allows TIDY to access your reservation data and automatically schedule cleanings, without requiring manual entry.

📋 How the Integration Works

When connected, TIDY receives updates from Evolve whenever a guest books or cancels a reservation. These reservations appear on your TIDY schedule, where you can enable Automatic Booking to schedule turnover cleanings without lifting a finger.

🔧 How to Set Up the Evolve Concierge Integration

Because this is a Concierge Integration, setup must be done with the help of your account manager to ensure everything is configured correctly.

1. Add TIDY as a Partner Account

• In your Evolve account, add concierge@tidy.com as a partner account.
• This gives TIDY visibility into your reservations.

1. Provide a Sample Reservation ID

• Send your account manager a sample reservation ID from your Evolve account.
• We use this to confirm how your properties and reservations appear to us in Evolve.

1. We Create the Link

• Once confirmed, TIDY will create a secure link to connect your Evolve data.
• From then on, any new or canceled reservations will automatically sync to TIDY.

• Reservations Sync Automatically from Evolve to TIDY.
• Turnovers Are Scheduled Automatically if you enable Automatic Booking in TIDY.
