🔧 How to Connect TIDY with Guesty
Connecting is quick and secure. Follow these steps:
- Log into Guesty.
- Go to the Integrations Center (top navigation bar) and open the Marketplace.
- Search for TIDY and click the tile.
- In the top right, click Connect to generate your API key.
- ⚠️ Important: This key expires after 4 hours—use it immediately.
- In your TIDY dashboard, go to More > Integrations, search for Guesty, and paste the API key.
- Click Add Integration.
Once connected, all of your Guesty listings will automatically sync with your TIDY account.
⚙️ What Happens After You Connect?
TIDY handles the heavy lifting so you don't have to:
- Listing Sync: Your Guesty listings are added as properties in TIDY.
- Reservation Sync: Any new or updated reservation in Guesty is mirrored in your TIDY "Reservations" tab.
- Auto-Booking: Based on your check-in/out preferences, TIDY auto-schedules a cleaning job between stays.
- Pro Assignment: Cleaners listed in your "My Pros" section receive job offers in the order you choose.
- Cleaner Experience: Assigned cleaners get full job details, custom instructions, and your To-Do List, with easy communication via the app.
- Guesty Status Update: When the job is marked as complete in TIDY, the cleanliness status is instantly updated in Guesty—keeping everything in sync.

🧼 Pro Tip: Auto-Mark Your Property as "Clean" in Guesty

We've built a pre-configured automation workflow that updates the Guesty status to "Clean" the moment a job is marked complete in TIDY.
To enable it:
- In your TIDY dashboard, go to Automations > View Workflows.
- Look for the workflow named "Update Property to Clean on Guesty."
- Apply it to any property you want to keep updated automatically.
