TIDY 6.16 expands what pros can see when reviewing job requests, surfaces pro performance history on quote cards, lets pros add profile documentation, and resolves a set of mobile performance and stability issues.

New Features & Improvements

  • More property context on job requests: Pros can now see square footage, bedroom count, and bathroom count when reviewing incoming job requests — giving them the information they need to evaluate and quote accurately.
  • Pro performance stats on quotes: When you receive a quote, you can now view the pro's performance history directly on the quote card — making it easier to compare and choose with confidence.
  • Pros can add profile documentation: Pros can now attach links and supporting documents to their profile to share more context about their background and qualifications. Submissions are reviewed before going live.

Bug Fixes

  • Job list loading performance: Fixed a critical performance issue where the job list was taking over 20 seconds to load or failing to load at all.
  • Booking cancellation after pro replacement: Fixed an issue where customers were blocked from cancelling a job after a pro replacement left the job in a stale status.
  • Mobile schedule scrolling: Fixed two separate scroll bugs — Android users couldn't scroll down through the Schedule page, and all mobile users couldn't swipe horizontally to view future days.
  • Maintenance page missing on mobile: Fixed the Maintenance page not appearing in the footer or More menu on mobile and native apps; it now navigates correctly.
  • Incorrect job type on Job Issue page: Fixed a display bug where the wrong service type label was shown on the Job Issue page.
  • Duplicate Take Inventory actions: Fixed a bug where tapping the inline “+ Inventory” button on a checklist task created duplicate Take Inventory custom actions on every subsequent tap.
  • Mobile app crash fixes: Resolved several crash bugs in the mobile app, including crashes on the payment form, the bills page, the Go to Pro screen, and when dismissing certain pages.

TIDY 6.15 makes signing up faster, polishes the onboarding flow, lets concierge messages include attachments, and resolves a long list of bugs across cancellations, checklists, payments, and mobile.

New Features & Improvements

  • Faster Account Creation: Signing up and logging in is noticeably quicker — we removed an unnecessary wait during account creation so you get into the app sooner.
  • Onboarding Polish: A round of onboarding improvements smooths out the first-run experience with cleaner flows and less friction getting set up.
  • Concierge Attachments: Concierge email and SMS conversations now support attachments, so you can share photos, documents, and files directly in your concierge thread.

Bug Fixes

  • Cancellation flows: Fixed an issue where the “Confirm Cancellation” button could fail with a 404, where some jobs couldn’t be cancelled at all, and where the Cancel Plan modal was missing its body text.
  • Skip & Reschedule: Fixed an issue where the Skip Job and Reschedule Job buttons in the side panel could fail on the first click.
  • Side-panel destructive actions: Restored the missing confirmation popups across more than a dozen flows so destructive actions no longer fire silently.
  • Checklists: The Count Inventory field now correctly updates inventory when a Pro completes a job, and removing a custom field from an inline checklist edit now persists.
  • Payments & Subscriptions: Fixed an issue where the Subscribe page card form inputs were invisible in iOS Safari, and where pre-populated email and password fields on shared payment links couldn’t be edited.
  • Quotes: Vetted Outside Referral (VOR) quotes that did not have timeslots are now visible to customers, and a broken “blank page” link has been removed from VOR Job Quotes cards.
  • Mobile: Fixed a missing back button on the Bulk Upload and Backup Times screens that could trap users, removed a black space below text in Android chat, and corrected a Pro app issue where Jobs list and Future Job detail showed different customer names for accounts with a company name.
  • Search results positioning: “No results” messaging now appears at the top of the page where you’d expect it, instead of at the bottom.
  • Documentation link: Updated an outdated documentation link to point to the current page.
  • Concierge phone calls: Fixed phone call issues and an issue with looking up customer info at concierge that could block outgoing calls.

TIDY 6.16 ships fixes for several issues affecting how customers view dispute statuses, configure default checklists, and add payment methods via shared links.

Bug Fixes

  • Dispute resolution status: Fixed an issue where the dispute resolution page showed the wrong status, the job page displayed a false counter-proposal, and a chat link was missing. These now reflect the correct state.
  • Default checklists not saving: Fixed an issue where the Default Checklists modal only saved the originally configured duration — changing the duration would appear to save but revert on reload. All duration settings now persist correctly.
  • Payment method shared link: Fixed a dead-end error for customers without a last name who clicked a shared link to add a payment method. The flow now completes without requiring a profile update first.

TIDY 6.15: Mobile Bug Fixes

TIDY 6.15 resolves a batch of mobile and app accessibility issues, improving reliability across chat, billing, scheduling, and authentication flows.

Bug Fixes

  • App authentication recovery: Fixed a critical issue where some users were stuck on a blank screen with a "token error" and could not access the app. Auth recovery now works correctly so sessions resume without requiring a reinstall.
  • Mobile chat keyboard: Fixed an issue on iOS where the keyboard would pop up automatically on the chat page with no way to dismiss it. Tapping outside the input now closes the keyboard. Also fixed the send-arrow button not rendering correctly in Safari and native iOS.
  • iOS message formatting: Fixed a display issue on iOS where messages appeared incorrectly formatted compared to desktop.
  • Bills page status filters on mobile: Fixed an issue where status filter chips were not appearing on the Bills page in the mobile app, making it impossible to filter bills by status on mobile.
  • Checklist dropdown search field: Fixed an inconsistent behavior where the search/filter field inside the checklist dropdown on the job page would sometimes appear and sometimes not.
  • Substitute request error message: Fixed an issue where the error "Cannot request substitute for a cancelled job" was displayed incorrectly in cases where it should not have appeared.
